I'm attempting a Blog, since it's all the rage. While I'm a late-comer to Blogging, I was one of the first people to LiveJournal, so I'm not that far behind. :)

Maybe... just maybe this will work...
::sigh:: Well, I figured out the directory structure issues -- the archives are in their proper directory, and stuff points to where it's supposed to. The only problem is that the damn archive file doesn't get published when I post and publish, meaning that an entry makes it to the front page, but the actual archive page doesn't get new information, so the post never makes it to the page. Aargh!

Well, it only took about ten attempts. The archive thing finally works(*), although not in the directory I wanted it to be in. Everything is just piled in the root directory, but that's okay because it's already in a directory of its own, seperate from the rest of knagl.com.
I'm still not sold on this thing, though.
(*) Edit -- archiving still not working correctly -- I have to force it to create the archive page each time -- not normal behavior.

Getting this archiving thing is a mess -- it's going all over the place, and none of it is where I want it to go. Grr.

This is my second Blogger post. Now my blog is located on my own website, like a true blog. Still not sure whether I want to do this or now -- I do like LiveJournal for a number of reasons. I still need to give this a chance, though.
